Dry-plucked chcikens'self life is longer than wet plucking because
of no water. Whitout water bacteries cannot reproduce and it can
maintain its freshness for a long time.
Wet plucked products especially in summer times can release their
water to their pack so this situation can cause bacteries and malodour.
Although chicken meat is fresh water cause odour and odour penetrate
to meat.
