Dry-plucked
meat is cooled with air current. Cooling with air current machines
group is more detailed than wet plucking cooling system so it is more
expensive than wet cooling system.
On the other hand in dry plucking system workers clean the hair
which couldnot been plucked. This occures extra labor cost.
Because of all these reasons dry plucked products are sold more
expensive than others. However human health is the most important
thing.
