1.Dry plucked products keep their original coclr
because they are never contact with water. Their color is yellowish.
However wet products' color is nearly white. A chciken which fed
with natural feeds and cut with the method of dry plucking has yellow
color as village chickens.
2.Dry plucked chcikens wash in the maximum 55C boiler so their
feather cannot be plucked by the machines completely. Because of
this reason there are feathers around the nech, bottom of the wing.
In wet plucking the water heat is 70C so the plucking machines plucked
the feather more effectively.
3. There is a label on the dry plucked chickens which means these
chicken is plucked with the system of dry plucking.
4.Dry plucked chcikens are lined different style on the shelf.
